Hi, I’m Adriana. I am a Reading Intervention Teacher working in the West Contra Costa School District. I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and thirteen years of experience in the classroom. I have a passion for supporting literacy development and my expertise is grounded in formal training on the Science of Reading, Overcoming Dyslexia, and the Orton Gillingham Method.

For the past six years, I have provided afterschool and summer reading support to students struggling to master foundational reading skills. Nothing brings me more joy than helping students acquire new skills, gain confidence, and develop a love of learning.

I have seen firsthand how frustrating reading can be for many students and want to make sure your child feels confident and successful at school.
